This privacy statement applies to the following categories of natural persons from whom De Haas processes personal data:

1. (potential) clients and suppliers;
2. Visitors to the office of The Haas;
3. Visitors to De Haas’ website;
5. Job applicants;
6. all other persons who contact De Haas or from whom De Haas
processes personal data, with the exception of its employees.

2. What personal data do we process?

The Haas processes personal data that:

• a data subject has provided in person (during a discussion or meeting), by telephone, or digitally (via e-mail or web forms on the website), such as contact and name and address information, or other personal data;
• generated during a data subject’s visit to the De Haas website, such as the IP address, browsing behavior on the website (such as data about the first visit, previous visit and current visit, the pages viewed and how the website is navigated through) and which parts of the website the data subject clicks on;
• During a visit to De Haas premises, your name will be recorded. We do this to know who is in the building in the event of an emergency and to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to our premises;
• provided personally to De Haas by an applicant when responding to a vacancy or in the case of an open vacancy, such as name and address details, contact details and a C.V. *containing, for example, nationality, date of birth, gender, reference details, details of education and work experience, etc.).
